Like the mood, atmosphere of the pic. - but would wish more B/W contrast, not exactly to interfere with the overall grey-scala, but to get a interruption's into the picture, which I believe would deliver more '' attention-points''.

Without knowing what would have been possible I would try to suggest a few inches tighter crop on the right - there is something coming into the picture - and maybe even higher - think it would be attractive to see a small triangle of sky in the corner of the roof above his head.

Lines and mood are tempting - and so the reflections in the window-glass.
